LIST OF CANDIDATES TO APPEAR IN MEDICAL EXAMINATION 

ALL INDIA SAINIK SCHOOLS ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (AISSEE 2022-23)

The following is the list of Roll Numbers of candidates who qualified in the written test (AISSEE-2022) and have been shortlisted for Medical Examination in the ratio of 1:3 in each category. The call list based on the category-wise merit in the written examination held in Jan 2022 for admission to class VI (Boys & Girls) and Class IX (Boys) at Sainik School Chhingchhip. Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for Medical Examination, to be held from 07 Mar to 11 Mar 22. The candidate will be informed through registered email. Candidates not in receipt of call letters for medical examination by – Mar 2022 should contact school on telephone No. 7630010072/ email sainikschoolchhingchhip@gmail.com. The school is not responsible for any postal delay/ non receipt of Call Letter. Final merit list will be declared on the school website after completion of medical examination.

Note: The school does not patronise any coaching institute / agent and admission will be strictly in accordance with the category-wise merit of the candidate based on the marks scored in the Entrance Examination, subject to medical fitness, approved by competent Medical Board and physical verification of certificates.

Instructions for Candidates

1.    Candidates must bring the following documents in original and a copy:-   (a)               A copy of the admit card     

(b)              A copy of the mark list        (c)   Original Date of Birth Certificate issued by Govt           (d) Caste Certificate for SC, ST & OBC-NCL        (e) Domicile Certificate / PRC                 (f) Service Certificate containing the name of the candidate / Discharge certificate of Ex-serviceman for Defence Quota              (g) Two latest passport size photograph


2.   Report at 0730 hrs at Aizawl Civil Hospital, on the date mentioned in the Call Letter.  No change of dates will be entertained


3.   Remove wax from ears before coming for medicals.  No TA is admissible. Parents are to make own arrangement for stay.


4. Candidates are being called for the Medical Examination in the ratio 1:3 in each category as per the regulations of Sainik Schools Society. Hence, the call for medical examination does not constitute offer of a seat in Sainik School Chhingchhip. Admission to Sainik Schools is based on the rank (inter se merit) in the School wise, Class wise, Gender wise, Category wise merit list, subject to qualifying written test (AISSEE 2022-23), medical fitness (as certified by designated Medical Authorities), verification of original documents / certificates, vacancies, extant policy on reservation and confirmation of other eligibility conditions. Candidates, as per merit and meeting all eligible conditions, will be intimated separately through letter of admission.
